Director of Sales, Majors Air

Axon is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the expansion of their Drone as First Responder (DFR) and counter-drone aerial security ecosystem across the United States.

As the leader of the Majors Air sales organization, you will manage a national team of 11 enterprise-level Account Executives to scale the adoption of critical aerial response technology within public safety agencies. This role involves designing go-to-market strategies for emerging markets, building cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams, and cultivating relationships with government stakeholders and aviation regulators. Success requires a strategic leader comfortable driving complex consultative sales in a high-growth, metrics-driven environment with frequent travel.
