Vanta is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage mid-market clients within the Commercial East territory in a fully remote role.
In this role, you will lead the full post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and renewals for mid-market clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR while acting as the internal voice of the customer to influence product strategy.
