Customer.io is seeking a remote Account Manager for the EMEA region, open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland, to oversee commercial strategy and revenue growth for mid-market and enterprise accounts.

The successful candidate will own the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, including renewals, churn mitigation, and strategic expansion.
