Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll and Equity Operations based in the UK to lead the modernization of global compensation infrastructure.

This role is a player-coach position responsible for transitioning global payroll functions from manual vendor handoffs to an automated, scalable operating model. The incumbent will manage a small team while partnering with IT and Finance to consolidate platforms and strengthen compliance across EORs, PEOs, and local providers.
