Bloomreach is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support their Americas GTM organization in a fully remote capacity within the United States.

This role acts as a strategic advisor to senior Sales and Marketing leadership, focusing on organizational design, talent performance, and change management. The successful candidate will leverage data to drive HR interventions while fostering an inclusive, AI-enabled work culture across distributed teams.

8+ Years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a GTM or customer-facing organization
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading organizational design and change management in knowledge-work environments
Experience working with sales compensation structures and quota-carrying populations
Proficiency in using people metrics and performance data to influence strategic business decisions
Proven track record of coaching leaders and managers on people leadership capability in high-change environments
Familiarity with modern HRIS and ATS platforms and GTM tech stacks
