GitLab is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a 0-to-1 pilot team focused on non-linear developer productivity and SDLC friction reduction.
In this high-autonomy role, you will recruit and manage a hand-picked team of four engineers to identify and resolve systemic pipeline and productivity bottlenecks. The position requires a shift-left mindset and hands-on technical leadership, reporting directly to VP-level engineering management to drive durable improvements in system-level metrics.
