Support international clients through sensitive offboarding and employee-relations cases while protecting compliance and employee experience. The role spans terminations, documentation, negotiations and coordination with legal, payroll and benefits teams.
Manage voluntary and involuntary exits across jurisdictions, advise clients on employment processes and improve lifecycle operations through automation. Candidates need broad HR advisory experience, strong knowledge of EMEA employment law and confidence handling difficult conversations in English. The annual salary range is USD 46,500–104,650 with flexible hours, equity and a full remote package.
