Grafana Labs is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead identity and access authentication systems, available for candidates in specific European countries.

As a Staff Engineer, you will define the technical architecture for Grafana's authentication layer, redesigning edge authentication systems and driving large-scale initiatives. You will balance backend development in Golang with technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, high-performance identity services.
