Ping Identity is hiring a Pricing Director to lead end-to-end pricing transformation and monetization strategies for their cloud identity platform, available fully remote in the USA.

The Pricing Director will join the Product Portfolio Strategy & Operations team to harmonize packaging, simplify commercial structures, and advance monetization models for AI and usage-based offerings. The role requires extensive experience in orchestrating transformation across cross-functional departments, including Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

10-12+ Years of experience in SaaS pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy
Deep expertise in enterprise software pricing models including subscription and usage-based strategies
Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives at a Director level in matrixed environments
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong executive presence and communication skills across technical and commercial audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
