Operations Lead — Taiwan

Binance is hiring an Operations Lead in Taiwan to oversee local regulatory compliance and operational processes. This is a fully remote role requiring fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

As an Operations Lead, you will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and daily operational workflows, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution. You will manage local SOPs, monitor daily trading activities, handle vendor disputes, and lead root-cause analysis to improve risk controls. This position requires a candidate with significant experience in regulated industries who can work autonomously while reporting on key operational metrics.
