Build the systems that connect Headspace providers, members and external care partners. The role owns intelligent referrals, data exchange and scalable provider workflows across an AI-first mental-health ecosystem.
Set product direction for referral orchestration, partner integrations and healthcare interoperability while working with engineering, clinical, legal and compliance teams. Candidates need health-tech product experience, strong technical fluency and familiarity with provider tooling or EHR workflows; FHIR or HL7 knowledge is valuable. Compensation ranges from USD 122,400 to 190,000 plus equity, depending on location.
