Toast is seeking a Principal Product Designer to define the interaction language and patterns for their Toast IQ AI assistant across agentic workflows.

As a Principal Product Designer for Toast IQ Core, you will lead the design strategy for AI-driven agentic experiences, influencing product and engineering teams company-wide. This role focuses on systems-level design and organizational impact rather than just individual surface execution, shaping how restaurant operators interact with AI at scale.
