Engineering Manager, Identity & Access

Addepar is hiring an Engineering Manager for their Identity & Access team in Warsaw, Poland. This is a fully remote, full-time leadership role focused on managing full-stack engineers and overseeing authentication infrastructure.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers responsible for Addepar’s identity platform, covering user authentication, MFA, and customer-facing configuration tools. You will partner with product and design teams to drive technical strategy, manage technical debt, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable identity solutions. The role requires a candidate authorized to work in Poland, as visa sponsorship is not available.
