TRM Labs is seeking a Capture and Proposals Associate to join their Global Deal Desk as a fully remote team member worldwide.

This role involves building the capture function from the ground up, including developing playbooks, answer libraries, and AI-powered response tooling. The associate will manage end-to-end proposal execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and sharpen win strategies for high-stakes pursuits.
