Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

The Senior HRIS Analyst will manage Workday configuration and optimization for Ōura, working remotely from the United States with the requirement for occasional meetings in early morning/late evening Pacific time and annual travel to Finland.

In this hands-on technical role, you will lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes while partnering with HR, IT, and Payroll departments. You will focus on improving user experience for employees and managers through smart automation, data governance, and reporting. The position requires comfort operating independently in a maturing HRIS environment and maintaining alignment with a global team based in Finland.
