This role acts as the connective tissue between transformation strategy and technical execution, mapping business functions for AI opportunities and driving cross-functional adoption. Candidates are expected to be daily users of frontier AI tools and must provide concrete examples of how they have redesigned workflows using AI. The position sits within the People and Transformation organization and requires extensive experience in high-stakes strategic environments.
