Ping Identity is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer for a 100% remote role based in the USA, focused on designing scalable web applications and mentoring engineering teams.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will contribute to the Neo engineering team by building high-performance, accessible frontend solutions using React. You will be responsible for defining architectural standards, optimizing application performance, and fostering collaboration across product, design, and backend teams. The role requires extensive experience in modern web development and a commitment to maintaining scalable UI foundations in a cloud-identity environment.

10+ Years of front-end development experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend teams
Solid testing and quality practices using Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library
