Reddit is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of high-leverage recommendation systems for user notifications in a fully remote, U.S.-based role.

As a technical lead within the Notifications Relevance team, you will architect and execute large-scale ML strategies, including candidate retrieval, ranking, and LLM-powered personalization. You will collaborate across disciplines to drive user engagement and retention by optimizing how millions of users discover content on the platform.
