Motive is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the long-term strategy and roadmap for their Telematics data platform, working fully remotely from the United States.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will serve as the central pillar of product leadership, overseeing the ingestion and processing of vehicle and device data. You will partner with R&D teams to deliver enterprise-grade reliability while driving the productization of telematics data through API-first integrations for Motive's largest customers.

8+ Years of product management experience with a proven track record in a lead role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence roadmaps across cross-functional teams

Ability to dive deep into data to understand platform health and engage with enterprise customers
