Neo4j is seeking a Backend Tech Lead to own platform architecture for GraphAware Hume, open to candidates in the UK, Czechia, or Italy.

As a Tech Lead, you will drive technical strategy for transversal foundations, optimize Cypher queries, and mentor engineering teams. The role requires deep expertise in the Neo4j ecosystem and a proven track record in architecting scalable, secure backend systems within complex environments.

Proven ability to drive consensus across engineering teams for large-scale changes
Practical knowledge of secure software design and common vulnerabilities
