DigiCert is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across their technical, G&A, and sales teams in the United States. This is a fully remote role focused on building strategic talent pipelines and leveraging data-driven recruiting practices.

As a strategic member of the global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute complex hiring strategies in competitive technology markets. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, driving candidate experience, and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding market intelligence and compensation trends.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ Years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or executive search
Strong understanding of software development organizations and technical hiring practices
Proven experience identifying passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean techniques
Experience managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring leaders through data
