Offchain Labs is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead operational and security project management in a fully remote, global capacity.

The role involves sitting at the intersection of business operations and project management to drive technical initiatives and compliance programs. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams like IT, Finance, and Security to establish project plans and ensure high-quality execution within the Ethereum ecosystem.
