Vercel is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Administrator in India to manage their finance tech stack and develop AI-driven automation workflows.

As a key member of the Finance Transformation team, you will administer NetSuite and related platforms while serving as an SME for their AI-powered ticketing system, Serval. This role involves both ongoing production support and the development of internal tools and agents to optimize financial processes, requiring a background in financial systems and AI-based automation.

5+ Years of experience in financial systems administration and support

Deep hands-on experience in NetSuite administration

Hands-on experience using AI tooling to build practical solutions or automate workflows

Solid understanding of finance business processes especially P2P and R2R

Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues end-to-end

Available to work standard hours of 3:30 p.m.–12:30 a.m. IST
