Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to build a new AI-native observability context system. This fully remote role is open to applicants in Spain, Sweden, UK, Ireland, or Germany.

As a Staff Backend Engineer on the Second Horizon team, you will design and implement core services for context ingestion, indexing, and retrieval APIs. The role requires balancing rapid experimentation with production-grade SaaS architectural standards, operating within a high-autonomy team that utilizes observability tools to maintain system reliability.
