GitLab is seeking a shift-based Support Engineer to troubleshoot complex technical issues within their DevSecOps platform while operating remotely from the United Kingdom.

As an Intermediate Support Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering teams to resolve customer issues, contribute to the source code, and maintain high-quality documentation. This role follows an 8-hour shift pattern, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, and focuses on deep-dive technical troubleshooting for both SaaS and self-managed GitLab implementations.

Expertise in writing technical support documentation and troubleshooting content
