Director, FP&A

Andela is seeking a strategic Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and decision-making processes in a fully remote environment.

As the Director of FP&A, you will act as a critical partner to the executive team, owning the company's financial planning engine from end to end. This role requires a leader capable of blending analytical depth with clear storytelling to navigate complex business tradeoffs as the organization scales through its current growth phase.
