Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Manager for Web Technology to lead their web development team and drive an AI-first platform strategy for grafana.com, open to candidates in the United States.

As Senior Manager, Web Technology, you will own the technical execution and platform strategy for the company's marketing website, leading the transition toward agent-ready and AI-enabled digital experiences. You will partner across marketing, product, and engineering teams to improve delivery predictability, site performance, and operational excellence, while mentoring a high-performing team of web developers.
