Atticus is looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack growth pod, operating fully remotely worldwide.

As the Engineering Manager for the Growth team, you will lead a multidisciplinary pod of engineers, product managers, and designers to drive rapid experimentation and product development. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable reviewing code and contributing to architectural decisions while managing the professional growth of their team members. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering and play a key role in scaling the platform that connects individuals in crisis with essential legal aid.

Amit hozol magaddal

Minimum one year experience managing a team of at least three engineers
Proven track record of coaching and growing senior and early-career engineers
Experience working within high-performing product organizations alongside product managers and designers
Proven ability to operate effectively within ambiguous environments or early-stage startups
Hands-on technical proficiency with code reviews, system architecture, and shipping production code
Demonstrated experience utilizing AI coding tools in a professional development workflow
