Grafana Labs is seeking an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager based in the United States to automate and optimize commission operations.

As an Incentive Compensation Systems Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of compensation data flows, replacing manual workarounds with scalable, automated solutions. You will collaborate across Finance, People Ops, and Revenue Operations to improve commission predictability, accuracy, and reporting efficiency using platforms like Xactly and BigQuery.
