n8n is looking for a Head of Product Design to lead a team of 14 and drive the design strategy for their AI orchestration platform.

As the Head of Product Design, you will own the quality bar for the product and lead the strategic shift toward a broader, less technical user audience. You will work closely with executive leadership to balance advanced power-user needs with simplified onboarding experiences, managing a team of design leads and individual contributors.
