GitLab is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for a fully remote position available exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and evolve core product capabilities while influencing architectural direction at a global scale. The role focuses on building resilient, AI-assisted systems and requires a deep understanding of distributed systems and backend standards within a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
