GitLab is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager based in Germany to lead outcome-oriented services engagements and drive DevSecOps digital transformations for enterprise customers.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical solutioning and customer business requirements, partnering with sales and delivery teams to structure complex statements of work. You will manage the entire engagement lifecycle from discovery through to contracting, ensuring projects align with customer success metrics while maintaining alignment with GitLab's internal delivery capabilities.
