Cohere is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response in a global, remote-first environment.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while partnering with product and development teams to ensure secure software delivery. You will lead key functions including SAST, DAST, and threat modeling, while actively automating security processes within cloud-native environments.

5+ Years of experience in Application/Product Security or Security Operations

Experience with vulnerability management, network security, and cloud security
Ability to drive bug bounty programs, application security reviews, and threat modeling
Proficient in integrating security into CI/CD and cloud-native production environments
Strong ability to balance security requirements with development agility
