Supabase is looking for a founding Technical Program Manager to design cross-functional delivery processes in a global, async-first organization.

In this founding position, you will establish the technical program management function, acting as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Design. You will be responsible for mapping complex dependencies, building tracking systems, and maintaining high delivery standards across a fully distributed team.

7+ Years of experience in technical program management

Strong technical fluency for self-identifying architectural risks
