TeamSnap is hiring a remote Staff Backend Engineer residing in the USA to lead the architecture and evolution of their high-scale sports platform's backend systems.

As a Staff Backend Engineer at TeamSnap, you will own complex technical initiatives from discovery to production while mentoring engineering peers. You will build and scale reliable, event-driven services and APIs that support millions of users, partnering closely with infrastructure, platform, and product teams to ensure system performance and quality.
