As a Real Time Analyst, you will translate long-range capacity plans into daily operational schedules and perform live queue monitoring. You will partner with the Workforce Management Lead to design flexible shift structures that support high-tenured technical support teams. The position requires a problem-solver who views real-time management as an enabling function to maintain healthy coverage without rigid adherence policing.
