Service Desk/System Administrator

Playson is looking for a Service Desk/System Administrator based in Ukraine to handle end-to-end internal IT support, endpoint management, and access administration.

This role involves managing the full IT lifecycle for employees, including onboarding, offboarding, MDM policy enforcement, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will work independently to support non-technical colleagues, maintain system security through IAM practices, and automate repetitive operational tasks.
