Ashby is hiring a Data Analytics Manager to lead their core and Revenue Operations data team in a fully remote capacity. You will focus on scaling the team, refining data practices, and navigating the integration of AI into analytics workflows.
As the first Data Analytics Manager, you will manage a team of three analysts, driving excellence in technical methods, communication, and ownership. This role is deeply focused on the analytical side of the team and requires a strategic approach to prioritization and domain specialization as the company scales. You will also lead the team's efforts in evaluating and implementing new AI-driven analytical tools and warehouse-derived data strategies.
