Ping Identity is hiring a Senior Product Operations & Reporting Manager for a fully remote position based in the USA to lead product organizational cadences and performance reporting.

This role sits within the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director. The successful candidate will drive product planning processes, leverage GenAI for process improvement, and establish key performance metrics to foster organizational efficiency.

Amit hozol magaddal

BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, or Business Administration
5+ Years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance
Experience using GenAI tools like Glean or Gemini
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical skills
Ability to travel on a light to moderate basis
