Director, Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage high-impact relationships with a major hyperscaler and an AI lab in a fully remote, US-based role. The position requires a hands-on, single-threaded owner capable of driving strategy and tactical execution.

In this role, you will shape and execute partnership strategies that integrate GitLab's platform with critical external players in the AI and cloud infrastructure space. You will work across product, engineering, and executive leadership teams to align roadmaps and drive technical integration. Success is measured by long-term business outcomes and product roadmap alignment rather than traditional channel revenue.
