Databricks is hiring a Field Engineering Enablement Leader to own enablement strategy for the AMER business unit in the United States. This individual contributor role focuses on regionalizing global programs and driving technical readiness for field engineers.
As a Field Engineering Enablement Leader, you will serve as the connective tissue between global programs and regional field needs. You will translate global content into actionable technical assets, facilitate product launch readiness, and leverage AI to scale field training. Success in this role requires deep technical experience in cloud data infrastructure and the ability to influence leadership and subject matter experts across the organization.
