OpenLoop Health is hiring a Healthcare Investigations Manager to lead compliance hotline intake, triage, and investigative workflows remotely.

As the Healthcare Investigations Manager, you will report to the Sr. Director of Clinical Compliance and oversee a team of two direct reports. You will be responsible for building out the structure of the compliance hotline function, conducting HIPAA and Security investigations, and managing remediation processes across all 50 states.

Demonstrated ability to present investigation trends and data to senior leadership
Strong root-cause analysis and audit-ready documentation discipline
Experience in policy gap analysis and implementing organizational change
