Senior Manager, Product Security Engineering (Security Posture and Supply Chain)

Lead the Security Posture Management team in a fully remote environment, driving governed security rollouts and supply chain protection. The role is open to candidates in Canada, Israel, the UK, and the US.

As Senior Manager, you will lead the Customer Zero initiative, applying GitLab's security features internally to harden the software factory and provide critical product feedback. You will oversee team strategy, growth, and cross-functional partnerships with Compliance and Engineering to improve security posture and reduce systemic risk.
