This builder-first role involves serving as the primary technical owner for Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Prism Analytics. The engineer will focus on platform configuration, integration architecture, security governance, and automation while adhering to regulatory compliance standards such as SOX and HIPAA.
