Mozilla is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Ads Engineering team on privacy-respecting advertising systems for Firefox. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States.
As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of software engineers building and operating backend services and experimentation capabilities for Firefox Suggest Ads. You will act as a key partner to product and privacy stakeholders, ensuring that technical delivery remains aligned with Mozilla’s core mission of internet privacy and reliability. The role requires balancing hands-on people leadership with strategic execution in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
