Cohere is seeking a senior engineer to design and develop scalable software for frontier model training and research. The role is fully remote and focuses on building production-ready AI systems at scale.

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will bridge the gap between research concepts and real-world implementations. You will work on production-ready systems, develop tools to accelerate LLM training, and collaborate across engineering and scientific teams to advance agentic environments.
