Veeam is seeking a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to optimize the global customer success operating model and drive data-driven retention strategies. The role is 100% remote within the USA.
As a strategic operational partner to the VP of Customer Success, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end CSM experience and drive process excellence across global regions. You will leverage data, analytics, and AI to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities while aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, and Professional Services. This is a high-impact individual contributor position focused on defining KPIs and reducing operational friction.
