Speechify is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for their 100% distributed team to lead the architecture and development of native Windows desktop applications.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will drive the development of high-performance, accessible Windows applications using modern frameworks like WinUI and the Windows App SDK. The role involves end-to-end ownership of feature lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding best practices for memory management and UI performance. You will contribute to a globally distributed product team that emphasizes accessibility and user-centric design.

Strong engineering fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, and multi-threading
