Senior Database Administrator - Core Infrastructure

Kraken is hiring a Senior Database Administrator to support high-throughput, distributed MariaDB/MySQL environments from various locations across Europe and the Middle East.

The Senior Database Administrator will join the Core Infrastructure team to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and security. The role focuses on automating database operations, implementing infrastructure-as-code, and supporting high-traffic systems for a global open-finance platform. Candidates will partner with SRE and service teams to improve observability and participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational excellence.
