The Federal Customer Success Manager will drive adoption and growth for US government clients using a scaled engagement model and advanced GenAI workflows.

This role acts as a strategic advisor for federal agencies, ensuring measurable outcomes and security within their software development lifecycle. The position requires deep expertise in government-regulated environments and technical aptitude in software supply chain management, while leveraging GenAI to enhance strategic rigor and operational efficiency.

Proficiency in modern software development lifecycles including DevOps, CI/CD, and OSS governance

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments including government employees, contractors, and systems integrators

Proven habit of using GenAI tools to improve analysis, planning, and communication workflows
